This treat is super easy to make, for your friends, a party, or just for yourself! 

  • 1 bag of mini pretzels
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips, melted
  • 4-6 candy canes, smashed

BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Crusty baguette(s)
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 Red onion, diced
  • 1 C. Basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 C. crumbled Goat cheese
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 375.
In a bowl, add diced tomatoes, onion, chopped basil leaves, goat cheese, 2 Tbsp olive oil and 2 cloves garlic. Mix. Season with salt and pepper.
On a baking sheet, line up baguette slices.
Baste with remaining olive oil.
Toast in oven for about 3 minutes or until light golden brown.
Lay a piece of mozzarella cheese on top.
Place bread back in oven and melt cheese slightly, about 45 seconds.
Remove from oven and spread one tablespoon of the tomato mixture on each piece.
